Efficient process but poor end result
In terms of initial contact to getting vehicle this was absolutely fantastic, very efficient and professional. However, on delivery of vehicle the undercarriage and wheel arches were caked in mud that had clearly been there for sometime so vehicle hadn't been washed and there was a clearly visible chip on drivers door so again I question the pre-delivery, attention to detail process. That said once reported the team , namely Vicki and Ben were onto it.

Good support from a team working hard to deliver
A generally good and attentive service. The car took such a long time that there were a few handovers between team members - one did not work and caused an issue. Overall very happy at their updates and pushing to actually get the car delivered.

Great service
Even though the car delivery was delayed due to the shortage of chips, I was given regular updates from Louise Bowden of Carparison. The process was well explained and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend Carparison.

Unbelievable A+++ service and sales experience!
